Cartridge Types 

Folding Cartridges

■ POLYSEP folding polypropylene film cartridges are mainly made of polypropylene film. The film layer is composed of polypropylene ultra-fine fiber film and diversion layer. The folding cartridges, with large holding capacity, are used for deep filtration. Due to use of 100% polypropylene, they have wide chemical compatibility. The filtration accuracy is 0.45-50um. The folding structure helps to increase the filtering area, holding capacity and service life. Such cartridges are characterized by large flow and low pressure loss. Hot-melting process is applied for combination, and no pollutant is released from bonding agents. The cartridges comply with the requirements of the medicine and food industry.

■ PESSEP folding polyether sulfone film cartridges are mainly made of polyether sulfone film. The film layer is composed of the imported polyether sulfone film and diversion layer. With high filtration accuracy and large flow, these cartridges are widely applied in fine filtration and high-end disinfection. They are characterized by hydrophilic film, large flow, uniform hole diameter and large porosity. The filtration accuracy is 0.05-1.2um. These cartridges have good resistance to high temperature, acid and alkali. Hot-melting process is applied for combination, and no pollutant is released from bonding agents. The cartridges comply with the requirements of the medicine and food industry.

■ PTSEP folding teflon film cartridges are mainly made of teflon film and have a wide scope of application, good chemical compatibility and resistance to oxidation, large flow, high interception rate and good resistance to high temperature, acid and alkali. The cartridges comply with the requirements of the medicine and food industry and the FDA biological safety standards.

Melt-blown Cartridges

■ FINESEP melt-blown cartridges are three-dimensional micro porous cartridges formed by thermal bonding of polypropylene fibers. Their hole diameter is distributed in a gradient manner from inside to outside. These cartridges are small-sized and used for deep filtration. They are characterized by large filtering area, good pressure resistance, no medium falling, no hole diameter change along with pressure changes, reasonable structure, large slag loading capacity, long service life and no chemical release. No foam appears when the cartridges are used.

Wire-wound Cartridges

■ In ICROSEP wire-wound cartridges, filtering fibers are accurately wound on the porous skeleton according to the special process to achieve different degrees of accuracy. The inner structure is tighter than the outer, and the cartridges have excellent effects in deep filtration. The wind-wound deep filtration structure has large holding capacity and long service life in deep filtration. The filtration accuracy is 1-50um. No chemical or foam appears when the cartridges are used. Micro pores are distributed uniformly and densely, and the resistance is small.

Metal Powder Sintered Cartridges

■ SINTERSEP series metal powder sintered cartridges are produced by high-temperature sintering of metal powder, with no medium falling or chemical pollutant. The combination of special process and metals brings technical advantages and economic benefits to customers. These cartridges have good resistance to high temperature and can be disinfected repeatedly or used continuously at high temperature. The temperature of stainless steel can reach 600℃, and the temperature of titanium bar alloy can reach 900℃. The cartridges have good pressure or impact resistance, fatigue strength, chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance and are applicable to acid, alkali and organic solvent filtration. They can be cleaned and used repeatedly.

Product Structure and Application
