How to useedit

1. Thoroughly clean the filter and the connecting parts of the filter, and install the filter element and housing correctly.

2. Before starting the machine, first check whether the pressure pump rotates in the forward direction, whether the connection is tight, and whether the valves are closed.

3. Slowly open the inlet valve before starting the machine, exhaust the air, and then open the outlet valve for normal filtration.

4. If the filter pressure difference is greater than 0.1Mpa or the flow rate drops significantly, it indicates that most of the pores of the filter element have been blocked, and it is recommended that the customer clean or replace the filter element.

What should we do to maintain the microporous filter?

There are two types of microporous filters in the maintenance of microporous filters, namely precision microporous filters and coarse-filtered microporous filters.

1. Precision microporous filter

① The core part of the precision microporous filter is the filter element. The filter element is composed of special materials, which are suitable for wear and need special protection.

②. When the precision microporous filter has been working for a period of time, the filter element will contain a certain amount of impurities. At this time, the pressure drop will increase and the flow rate will decrease. The impurities in the filter must be removed in time and the filter element must be cleaned.

③. When removing impurities, pay special attention to the precision filter element, not to be deformed or damaged, otherwise, the filter element that is installed again, the purity of the medium after filtration cannot meet the design requirements.

④ Some precision filter elements, such as bag filter elements and polypropylene filter elements, cannot be used repeatedly.

⑤ If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.

2. Coarse filter microporous filter

① The core part of the coarse filter microporous filter is the filter element. The filter element is composed of the filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for damage and needs special protection.

② After the filter has been working for a period of time, certain impurities have precipitated in the filter core. At this time, the pressure drop will increase and the flow rate will decrease. Therefore, the impurities in the filter core must be removed in time.

③. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element not to be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed, the purity of the filtered medium cannot meet the design requirements, and the compressor, pump, instrument and other equipment will suffer To destruction.

④ If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
