In ordinary air filters, especially the packaging, transportation, installation and use of high-efficiency air filters, they must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the high-efficiency filter manufacturer's standards to ensure the effectiveness of the high-efficiency air filter. After various types of air filters are used for a period of time, because the surface of the filter material collects various dusts, the filtering efficiency of the air filter and the resistance of the air filter are reduced, which affects the high-efficiency delivery of the central air-conditioning unit or the cleaning project. For the air supply, cleanliness and efficiency of the air outlet, the air filter needs to be replaced in time to ensure the air cleanliness requirements. It is not allowed to tear or open the packaging bag or packaging film by hand; the air filter should be stored strictly in accordance with the direction standard marked on the high-efficiency filter box; in the handling process of the high-efficiency filter manufacturer, it should be handled with care, and avoid violent Vibrations and collisions. The installation direction must be correct: when the corrugated plate combination filter is installed in the vertical direction, the corrugated plate must be perpendicular to the ground; the connection between the filter and the frame in the vertical direction is strictly prohibited from leakage, deformation, damage, and glue leakage, etc., after installation The inner wall must be clean and free of floating dust, oil, rust and debris. The package must be unpacked at the installation site for visual inspection, including: whether the filter paper, sealant and the frame are damaged; whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); Product qualification certificate, whether the technical performance meets the design requirements.

    When we use or install coarse-effect flat or pleated filters, the galvanized mesh surface should be in the direction of the back of the air outlet. When installing a bag filter, the length direction of the filter bag should be perpendicular to the ground, and the direction of the filter bag should not be installed parallel to the ground; under normal conditions of use, flat, folded coarse or medium efficiency filters, generally January to March In areas with less stringent requirements, the filter material can be replaced and soaked and rinsed with clean water containing detergent, then let dry and then replaced; generally after 1-2 times of washing, a new filter must be replaced. Ensure filtration efficiency. When the resistance value of the filter is greater than 450Pa; or when the airflow velocity on the air outlet surface is reduced to the minimum, the airflow velocity cannot be increased even after the coarse and medium-efficiency filters are replaced; or when the surface of the high-efficiency filter cannot be repaired In the case of leakage, a new high-efficiency filter must be replaced; if the above conditions are not available, it can generally be replaced once every 1-2 years according to the environmental conditions.

For the bag-type coarse-effect or medium-effect filter, under normal use conditions (average 8 hours a day, continuous operation), it should be replaced with a new one after 7-9 weeks of use, so that it can be used efficiently.
